Usually if I am in Massachusetts I will go to Polished. It’s been over a year after I moved to Rhode Island and they still remember me. I was shocked. The customer service is great! I always feel welcome and the staff is wonderful. Once I remember they even stayed late one night for us and we didn’t feel rushed or anything. Very kind and helpful they even had the color I was looking for. I always love my manicures here and they last a very long time.

Took a chance on a new place since they had such a good rating and I'm so glad I did. Mychelle did my nails and she did an outstanding job. The design was flawless and she was so nice to everyone who walked in the door, knowing most of them by name. I'll definitely be back!

Polished in Northboro is THE BEST! I can't say enough about the services they offer, the hospitality, pricing, and overall experience you get in this nail salon! I am always greeted with a warm smile and hello. Michelle and her staff work as one unit to make sure everyone is attended to. I have seen Linda for years but have had all the girls at one time or another and they are all skilled and communicate well with each other about clients needs and preferences. Always clean and well kept. A great find!
