Yes, showers are at least adequate. Hot water and clean. Bring sandals to wear in shower. You buy tokens to use. I think it is $.50 per token and each token is 3 minutes in the shower.

Yes. Someone else said they are free, but when we were they they required you to use a machine to purchase tokens that sre used for the showers.
