Do you have hot yoga ? I am a man trying to get more stretching and flexibility back. Attending these classes is it all women ? don’t want to make any one feel uncomfortable. Please advise. Thx

Yes, this studio offers Bikram hot yoga. Both men and women attend classes, so don't worry. Go! Your body will thank you!

The classes are for everyone and there is a free intro class today at noon! My hubs and I will be there.
