Everybody goes through their own journey in life and so it is. I have tried a few Yoga asana places. They all have their importance in various respects. I learnt importance of right breathing, paying attention to every fraction of second to how it goes in and out and so on and so forth. The whole hoopla of Kundalini etc. The matter of fact is nothing matters if you are not physically, emotionally and mentally capable of enduring it. That's exactly where Bikram Yoga comes in.
