a patient's life is always defended it doesn't matter where it come from if the human being to protect on any age level because it's the responsibility of the hospital to make sure a make sure about the security guards and people checking backgrounds

Born & raised here & don't believe I've ever acknowledged there being ANY type of security unless an inmate is being treated then there is a police officer watching them.

They have no security to the best of my knowledge. Never saw one there ever.
