If I could I would give them No stars due to their Horrible customer service and do not have their act together ! Not worth the stress to deal with them just to get help you need on your home.. two years of the runaround after all paperwork on my end completed properly and I qualified for help..they do not care at all about customer... total disappointment...they should care because of the type of charitable organization this is supposed to be!
