Spouse and I have been over the moon finding Dr Christine Goodwin and her entire staff. Shannon the receptionist is so pleasant and efficient. Her nurse Laura is the best nurse we have ever come across. Then we get our doctor Christine Goodwin. What a great bedside manner. Couldn’t be more pleased and happy with our choice moving to Ottawa from North Carolina. Too bad we can’t give more stars!!! The BEST staff ever

I went to the EMR as the result of an illness. I was treated very well, and the staff was caring and professional. Many tests were run and received updates as the evening progressed. Staff spent time answering my, and my wife's, questions. Once all of the tests were completed a plan was presented to us for treatment. I was very happy with their service and the outcome.

We have gone here a couple times throughout the years for various issues all resulting in their urgent care facility. They are quick but I'd say a little too quick. My wife saw the doctor for about 30 seconds and they diagnosed her illness with the first thing that popped into their mind. It didn't end up solving the issue because obviously they didn't take the time to figure out what the issue was in the first place. Teladoc is more useful than this place. If you have the option to... go anywhere else. If you have to go here, I wish you the best of luck and God bless.
