NO. NO BUFFET IN RANCHO MIRAGE OR CATHEDERAL CITY AND IN PALM SPRINGS THEY HAVE REASSIGNED THE AREA THAT USED TO HOUSE THE BUFFET WITH MORE GAMING, SO DONT EXPECT IT TO BE BACK ANY TIME SOON IF EVER.
Hello Rory, No breakfast buffet was offered at this place.
There are only a couple of restaurants inside the casino and unless I'm mistaken neither one of them is currently offering a breakfast buffet.

I didn't see a buffet for breakfast and I visited around 9AM.
