Was gaming and having fun with family and decided to take a break and check our phones as tourists in a new city. Not 5 minutes pass when a security guard tells us not to "play on our phones and order a drink". Seriously? It's a Wednesday afternoon and this bar is practically empty and we're talking at one of the counters in the back outside area of the bar holding a casino water bottle and cash ready to play video poker at the bar and get a drink. Rude and quite possibly racist for profiling Asian Americans. I informed my other family members that were playing and we were out of there.

Was there for my birthday dinner. It was good not great. The 3 side dishes were not very good at all. Potatoes horrible and the cream corn corn was tuff, cream spinach I had better. The tomahawk steak was great, husband had a filet that was over cooked. Another friend had a rib steak and it was rare. King crab was great.

Very Nice and clean Casino. Very modern and good looking. Convenient free parking linked to the casino. People working here are nice and efficient. It was a great experience !

This casino is one of my happy places in town. As you can see from my various experiences here, it is very possible to win big money from this establishment. It doesn’t always happen of course, but keep at it often enough and it’ll happen or maybe you’ll just get lucky your first time out! Other than the winning part, this is a nice, classy, relatively small local casino that is kept very clean and I love that it is smoke-free. The staff is friendly and there is frequent cleaning of the machines, as well as the restrooms, and cocktail servers often come around. There are also fun weekly and monthly promotions to win cash and car prizes and free play, and frequent players are rewarded by management with free play, free gifts and resort credit to use at their great cafe, as well as generous comps to their excellent steakhouse. Parking is also great with your choice of an adjacent uncovered parking lot or an attached parking garage. Great location near the heart of downtown and pretty exterior architecture. Have I mentioned I love this place!

It's called a Voluntary Exclusion form. You have to go to the Gaming Commission's office (Gene Autry/Tachevah) to complete the application. You can choose to exclude yourself for 1Year or Lifetime.
called today and was told...no rv parking
No RV parking
Not connected directly to the casino but they do use the Hilton downtown Palm Springs for rooms. It's a nice property and is directly across the street from the casino.
No
It changes seasonally, but they almost always have crab legs and shrimp cocktail at the Sunday brunch.
The buffet is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Same with its sister casino, Agua Caliente. Per the website.
There is not an RV resort at this casino. The closest place to this casino that you could pull into and "hook up" your RV would be a few miles away
As far as i know i was just there and they charge me $8.00 for a beer will not be going there again my husband n i spent the last 16 years there on new years eve. Sad to say i wont go back
Yes they have plenty of parking and they keep it safe
No they don't
Hi Nick, no the buffet is closed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I believe it's 21
Gotta check web sight. That might be Agua Caliente who book also book ALOT of Latin artists for concerts.
They have a steakhouse, buffet, and large bar. Reasonable prices.
As I told another person — go to the bank BEFORE you get to the casino and withdraw your card limit. Then put your card away. Every casino ATM everywhere can override the bank limit, and they charge huge fees. It’s clearly stated on the ATM, in fact. You should be knowing what you’re doing, that you’re taking out more than the amount — it gives you a time stamped receipt. Be a responsible adult, sir. And thank you for your service.
The remodel is done and it's beautiful. The old machines that paid are gone.😂
If there not all sold out
No they didn't ask probably because it's on Indian land. But mask and other Covid guidelines are in place. Just go and have fun.
Not sure sometimes they do but I was there early morning so no music at that time but they have hot chocolate
Facial recognition to make sure your not banned and then also for temo check Remember they are on tribal land, they don't have to listen to normal rules
No buffet. Beautiful!! Loved it was no smoking. The only downfall was right out the doors are big ashtrays, so you get hit in the face with smoke as soon as you enter or exit the doors. The ashtrays should be placed further away from doors
Don't work there sorry
They always do
No buffet is open since the covid-19 in any casino as of yet . And no aquacaliente resort does not rent our scooters of their own .
Patricia there's something small going on every Friday check it out and enjoy yourself.
Not specifically sure but I saw a lady walking through the casino with her pup. If not, I know the Hyatt a block and a half away on Palm Canyon Dr. is for sure.
Yes full service food is delicious. Wear a mask. You can take it off at the table.
They were serving food but i dont think the buffett was
They are open for gambling as far as watching sports im not sure
No it's not open at this time
Amtrak preference. It's less than $25 one way, less if a sale, and they have trains twice a day directly. It's about 3.5 hour trip.
Sorry, I'm not sure what that is. Could you be a little more specific for me? What does that machine do?
The Deli is open, however the Buffett is closed!
Smoking outside only in a designated area. No smoking in casino
Check their website
No
I don't think so
No. Only on machine
Not sure. I'll find out next time
I've seen the reviews about Oasis breakfast buffet and mostly everything is sorted wrong, the one with the bobtail was amazing,a gentleman to everyone I swear actually all of them where amazing 😎😃 to everyone
I heard the people sceaming with joy so they must be winning at tables. And that'll be a no to your question I dont know what the minimum wager. sorry
I think it's the 25' garden hose.
I don't think so. I never seen that inside this casino. It's all slot machines and table card games.
Only soft drinks and water Beer wine liquor you have to pay
Because there used to be a hotel called the spa hotel but they got rid of the hotel
You have to keep playing to win, the casino its a nice place, In my review I give it a 5*
I think so? I haven't tried
Hi Sabrina, yes! Flashback Fridays are hosted by DJ Chase Martinez. For more information, please visit out website: https://www.sparesortcasino.com/flashback-fridays
No, there is nowhere to get on or off of an Amtrak anywhere near the casino.
No they dont have one .its slots ,poker tables.good music.and food courts also a lounge.theres a bowling alley at fantasy casino.they both are nice beautiful casinos for famly and kids.
Hi Allie, we welcome you to join us at the Center Bar on February 3 for Football Fever! For more information please visit our website: https://www.sparesortcasino.com/football-fever We hope to see you here!
I have never noticed any children in the casino or restaurants. Since they no longer have a hotel I don't think they allow anyone under 21 years in the casino.
Hi tbear, we are not having any costume contests in the casino. If you come to the casino in a costume please know masks and facial paint is not permitted. We hope to see you soon.
Because a "regular joe" is not a winner. This is not a make-a-wish-foundation. There is no sign saying "step right up and get your free money"you ok. You have to believe in your mind amd soul that you are the winner and believe that a dividend of that money is for you before you even head to the casino.
Not on the prooerty but in there are empty lots and i believe a park nearby
No music
Hi Lynda, thank you for reaching out. At the moment, we do not provide transportation or a shuttle service. If this changes we will be sure to let you know. We hope you will visit us soon. Thanks again and have a great day!
Pauma Casino used to allow 18 and over. You should probably call them to verify before visiting though. They used to give you a wrist band.
I always break even when I don't win big
Who knows why they do things that make no sence to us . Lol but hopefully it works out quickly . But there is a wonderful spa in desert hot springs
It's Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians..their tribe Chairman is Jeff Grubbe
They finished a new parking structure which is top of the line and they are also finished inside which is very beautiful
Fro. From I-10 exit on Indian Canyon - south and turn left when road turns one way. First right and you will see it.
Im a local so I haven't had a chance to see, but this is a freshly built Casino, about a couple of months new, i would think and hope they were clean@ Lefteris Petro
You can smoke in your chair when you play, even ashtrays put
No. Spa casino is very small in the heart of Palm Springs. They have a GREAT steak house, a hidden gem, 5-10pm nightly. Agua Caliente (same tribe, sister casino at Ramon Road where it meets the 10 in Rancho Mirage) is a huge hotel, spa etc. But no bingo. You have to go to Fantasy Springs or Morongo for that.
The Spa Resort is no longer, it's just the casino now, however there is another sister property that is in Rancho Mirage that one is The Agua Caliente Resort Spa and Casino. Both are great!!!! Hope that I helped!
I'd love to give you a because, but I, like you, did not win anything in that casino either
Why?
