I believe it is 9 or 10, but if you have a reservation, just go to your sight and sign in the next morning. That is what we always do at any camp ground, but we never go without reservations.
The park will have staff on duty at that time to check you in.
If you have a registration you are fine. Fill out a card. I think if not you can pick out a site but you might get moved if some one comes in and it's already reserved for them.
I think if you have a reservation you can check in anytime. They have registration cards on the door to the entrance booth.
