I had real problems with the website but finally placed the order. Arriving, Advance only showed pmt for a partial order. Dan, the manager, intervened, cancelled the online order and did one in store with the same discounts. He fought the computer to a stalemate and we got the material we needed at the price we expected. That was above and beyond as far as I can say. Today i saw Mikela and she really worked magic to help me return an improper part and replace it with the right one. She really went beyond the call In helping me get things sorted out. You cannot get better service and help! Today, I needed 3M double sided tape. Walked in, the sweet clerk sent me right to it. Outside in under 3 minutes. How can you get better service?
