The underside wash does a very poor job of cleaning mud from the wheelwells. It is a very fine mist, not a strong spray like that of a waterhose which is what you'd really need to get all the salt and dirt off the underneath of your vehicle. They do have self-serve bays but they barely ever work properly. I refuse to support this business whatsoever anymore, and my family feels the same way.
As Martha stated (thank you for answering), the undercarriage wash is included as part of the Works. We also have an undercarriage wash in two of our self serve bays.
