After driving an hour with a trunk full of donations - could your business (during business hours!) please be considerate enough to have a bin to place my donations in, if you don't have enough staff to man the donation drop off point or for what ever reason it was closed in the middle of the day. I'm not dragging it back home, and if you don't want my donations, the next stop for them will be the dump.

Love this place. Lots of items. Good prices and friendly staff! 👍❤️

This review is not necessarily about the store itself, although I did find what I wanted for fair prices. It is about an employee. Her name was Liliana, and what a beautiful and helpful young lady she is! If I lived in the area, I would come back here just because of her. She was pleasant and happy to be working, and you don't see a lot of that these days. It is so fun to have dealings with with a pleasant service worker.

Goodwill stores can be hit or miss. Sometimes I feel the stuff has been really picked over, not sure if it's from other customers or employees. But some of the locations are worse or better then others. The three good things I can say about this location, they are well set-up to take donations, the store is neat and clean and workers are almost always friendly/helpful.

It is just the way donations come in or not come in. I'm sure it will swing back the other way.
