Always helpful when I need printing done in a pinch. The people complaining in these reviews are most likely rude, impatient or unprepared to ship their stuff. Get it together people. Lol I appreciate they handle fedex packages too, the other alternative is Walgreens but I much rather trust the staff at UPS to handle my shipments. I have been going here sporadically for years (since their previous location) and I've never had any issues whatsoever.

NOMADS do not send packages to this UPS. The person made it abundantly clear that this location was for locals only. They earned this one star due to a lack of compassion and good customer service. One day I had supreme help when I was there to ship a $60 package. And another day when I was there to pick up a $600 package I was yelled at and treated disrespectfully all in front of the local police officer. Who was so disturbed he asked if everything was okay. What really bothered me the most was just the lack of good customer service or understanding. As shared before they only accept UPS and FEDEX packages. This is the policy and needs to be and will be followed. As the clerk rudely described to me they are not a mail forwarding service and they are there to provide service to their local customers (as she gestured to the mailboxes in the room). Even though, I would be there when the package was delivered under no circumstances could she give me my package because it was delivered via USPS and not USP/FEDEX. It was their policy to hold all USPS packages and return them to the USPS facility to return to sender. Regardless of the fact if the person is on site and can pick up the package when it is delivered. Now this is okay. These are the rules and the policy of this company and it must be followed. Sending this warning out to all NOMADS. As I shared before, they earned this one star review for being absolutely insensitive, rude, and threatening to the point a police officer asked if everything was okay.

New location has an odd parking lot, not many spaces to park, but easier to get out of. Been there a lot this holiday season, and they're usually really fast, so never have a huge wait time. The staff seem hit or miss, some are friendly, some have an attitude like using the service is an annoyance to them. Either way they get the job done quickly. I would have given 5stars if it weren't for the sighs and eye rolling attitude I got for making basic prepaid returns last visit. It's actually causing me a bit of anxiety because I will be making several shipments in the coming days, and I have to use their service, but don't want to be treated in that manner. So...maybe 3 stars would be more appropriate?

Yes they do.
Oh yeah they’ll pack it alright...but be prepared to be shocked 😳 at their charges for the packing....cost me $140.00 (not a typo) to pack a piece of paper (no glass, no frame...a piece of paper 13” x 10” ) the paper weighed 1/4 oz -when they got done with it it weighed 3.50 lbs which runs the cost considerably when you are overnighting it,
