I was just out there today and there are two signs posted about dogs. One states dogs on leash only and another states that dogs are not permitted on beach. I'm confused. Thanks.

Camp grounds its on a 6ft leash. Not supposed to be dogs on the beach but every time I've been there there's at lease 1 person who has a dog near the dock
