This hotel was just ok, we had stayed at 3 best westerns on this trip and this one was just ok, the others were good. The front desk person was very good, we arrived late. He was the person who delivered all extra items. No extra pillows and the blanket they could deliver was more like a sheet, couldn't get the conditioner to work in the shower and no extra toilet paper, and only one bath towel. Charge sheet in room for any missing or damaged items was weird, like 20.00 a towel etc., never seen that before, thinking this hotel has issues.

I agree with other reviewers that the staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a suite style room (extra bedroom off the main) on the first floor and the room was dingy and worn out. The couch looked like it came from a frat house, the toilet ran constantly through the night, and everything in the room just felt run down. We paid a lot of money to stay here, and I couldn't justify the price again. There were also a number really small conveniences you expect when you stay at a hotel that were not functioning properly or nonexistent: the remote was not programmed to the TV, the shower head was put back on the hanger incorrectly so when I turned it on I sprayed water all over the bathroom, the towels really need to be replaced (small and sand-paper like), the window curtains are too short and not wide enough to cover the window properly to keep out early morning light (read: we have small children who were up at the crack of dawn each day), no hooks in the bathroom for towels outside of a single towel bar. The continental breakfast was good, and the proximity to the freeway and other amenities was great. The bar and grill right across the street had great food and was a good option coming back late at night.

The room was clean. Very friendly staff. It's right next to a really good restaurant. Make sure you make reservations. The breakfast was amazing. Better to get to breakfast earlier. 10/10 would stay again. It's a great central location to Spokane and CDA

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, pool looked inviting! I love that there is a sofa in the King rooms. They have breakfast in the morning. I noticed a beer and wine little mixer - served in the afternoon. We missed it, but maybe next time! Location is great! It's close to restaurants, freeway and a fuel station. We will stay here again next visit! There is room for Semi truck parking also!
