I purchased a battery based on O'Reilly's promised installation of wipers and batteries. My battery required standard wrenches but to save space the manager only stocks metric wrenches for the staff to use. The employee was unable to install it. I could have paid less at Walmart for the same battery but I went to O'Reilly's for help with installation. How difficult would it be to keep a standard socket set?
