Iron dragon is the best one if you're nervous
Gatekeeper is a good one to start with. It's the smoothest ride there and has the most secure seats.
I'd start with the mine ride.
Iron Dragon, Corkscrew, Blue Streak, or Mine Ride would be a good "starter" ride.
Whats to be scared of? You're safer than in a car. As safe as an elevator. Safer than walking down the street.
