Yes for a wagon and i was never told no about a small cooler for drinks and snacks for the children but i would still get a food pass for the day instead of hauling a cooler or back pack hope this helps😎👍

I saw allot of parents with the rented strollers there last weekend, but do not remember seeing any with wagons.
I believe, just no snacks or drinks.
