Several rides have seats that are designates for "oversized" rides. If you ask the employees they will tell you which seats they are. She shouldn't worry.

Definitely use the test seats at the entrance to each ride before you wait in line. It will save a lot of embarrassment if you actually board the ride and then the operators can't get your belt or harness fastened.

There are seats where you go into the line, have her test it out and decide from there.
