Hi there! I literally just left The Cheesecake Factory in Novi and boy is it poppin'! The Cheesecake Factory does not do reservations Hun, they are strictly first come, first serve. Also, The Cheesecake Factory is LIFE so there will most likely be a wait. Trust me the food there is sooo amazing any wait is definitely worth it. By the way, carry out is a great option as well.
