If I could rate my experience I would have to give this hotel worse than 0 stars. The manager and staff are extremely rude to guests after voicing concerns regarding the upkeep of the hotel. The room I was provided had dirty sheets, stains on the curtains, floors, bed, and couch. Even after being offered a new room I still noticed that the upkeep to the rooms are lackluster. The maintenance staff provided multiple excuses as to why there are stains on the floors and patches in the wall. Personally, I think you would get better service from the Red Roof Inn or any motel rather than this place. I Would not recommend at all. Management should really be ashamed of themselves for allowing individuals to purchase rooms in this condition.

The staff at the front weren’t the most professional, but got the job done. We were sent to a dirty room at first but the issue was immediately fixed. It’s a gorgeous hotel on the outside and inside, and the rooms are very nice and clean. The cleaning lady was extremely nice and we were allowed to check out late. They change the wifi password each week which is a bit of a pain if you are staying over a week, but no biggie. Breakfast was enjoyable. Would visit again :)

Would rate higher but there is no cleaning service on the weekend. There was no room service period. We were never informed of this during room reservation nor check-in. When I called to ask for bath towels to replace dirty ones, we were told we needed to come down and pick up our towels from the front desk. When we went to pick up clean towels, the next morning, we were told we needed to bring down our dirty towels… in not a very nice way. This would have been fine if we had known ahead of time during room reservation or at least at check-in. But I feel the way it was communicated was not professional nor courteous. Bath Towels were scratchy, thin and small. Pillows were small and flat, pillow cases were thin. Bathtub was scratched and old in appearance and tiny. Tile floor was sticky. Ice bucket was missing. On a positive note , breakfast was adequate, though no fresh fruit was offered. Hot tub and pool were nice; temperature of pool was not too cold. Non- front desk workers were courteous and attentive.

Pool is small, no more than 20 people could stand comfortably in the pool at one time, too many families to be able to get a chance to swim before 10 pm on the weekends. Scum in bathtub on shower seat, not sure it has ever been properly cleaned. Previous customer's hair left on the shower. Orange and black, I'm brunette. Large color stains on the carpet and a large brown stain on one of the comforters. Do not attempt to take continental breakfast to your room! It is 🚫. Although, you can order to your room from outside and that is acceptable. Breakfast eggs are cooked as omelettes with vegetables cooked in them already or boiled. No accommodations for allergies. Management brings their children to work and allows them to hang out in the lobby.Front desk clerk eats at counter. No towels for the pool until after 11 am! Reasoning? The housekeeping staff isn't in until 11 AM. Pool opens at 6am, but has not been restocked with towels for the day until 11 am while checkout is at noon. Try next door at Holiday Inn express. This one is a one and done for our family. The only thing pleasant about this stay was the lovely janitor. If you have expectations, this is not the place for you. If you just need a bed for the night, you can chance it.
