Fantastic experience will purchase again

One of the worst furniture shop ever. We placed an order for a sectional and a Dining set on Feb 2021, They delivered everything to us on June 2022 (yes it took them that long) after back and forth with wrong delivery, damage and what not. The dining chair delivered to us was damaged and was noted by them on the day of delivery and they are yet to replace it. They have the worst customer service ever, no one really answers the phone and no one is taking responsibility. Don't ever purchase here.

After waiting 7 months for a reclining sofa. The delivery happened very quickly, after I noticed the recliner was not working, there was a tear in the fabric and also the fabric was scuffed in another location. I have left 2 voicemails, submitted a service request and also tried to speak to someone and waited on hold numerous times. No response to date. Very disappointed in Lazyboy and very negative experience, will never purchase furniture here ever again.
