They have some. Currently they are in France. They also bring back flour from France. Most people that are gluten intolerant have no issues in France. What many people think are gluten intolerances are Roundup
Agreed. For years, I thought I had a gluten intolerance, until l learned about wheat that was treated with Roundup. The owners told me that their flour is imported from Canada, and is free of all carcinogens and anything genetically modified. I have not had any difficulty with their breads or their pastries.
I don't know but most bakeries have a few items gluten free. As noted, they do not reopen till Nov.
