Worst experience ever! They kept raising their rates every few months. Our two storage units went up around $70 a month in a little over a year and a half. One of our units had a floor caving in, so they made us move all of our stuff to another unit. Then when we went to remove our stuff we were told they require a 10 day notice, but they would not prorate our fee. We had our stuff in there until the 9th of the month, but was force to pay for the whole month. Please do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere!!!

We moved our stuff in and within the first 3 months we received a call saying we needed to move our stuff into another unit because their floors were caving in. We were told that we could move into one bigger unit (we had 2 units) and that they would waive that months rent for the inconvenience. When we went to move they told us they no longer had a bigger unit, so we could only move one unit. We had to rent a trailer for 2 days to move all of our stuff. When the time came to make a payment they told us they would not waive the payment for the second unit since we were not able to move it into a bigger one. They also moved our due date up to the date we moved our stuff (which means they only gave us 3 weeks free). Best part is a month later our bill went up $36 a month! They said ever 6 months they raise their prices!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Diane was so kind, informative, and helpful. The facility itself is very clean and nice. I feel very safe placing my items there. Bill was also very nice when he promptly called to answer the questions in my email. Definitely recommend them for your rental and storage needs!

Compass Self Storage had a few glitches with their software when they first took over this storage facility but the manager, Madeline, has done an exceptionable job cleaning those up & getting my account straightened out. I highly recommend this storage facility!
