Great staff and doctor who are willing to work with you to get the care you need. The only drawback of this place is that their schedule is so packed that it may take months to get an appointment with the doctor. I guess that's one of the issues in giving such great care; you are in such demand that you can't accommodate everyone

Incredibly rude receptionists, insensitive and they should be examined and investigated by Penn Medicane for misconduct. I have been with Penn for 20 years and have received great care during my years of living in Philly. I move to Media and transfered to this office to be yelled at almost every time I call. Happened again today! It's stressful and not conductive to the type of "care" and treatment that should be exhibited from a Healthcare provider. My doctor's care is great and I do really like the providers I've seen but I am weighing the option if switching because dealing with the drama in the office is almost unbearable. Plus, they left me in the office once and "forgot" about me. It was over an hour waiting and I was the only one sitting there. I asked a few times what was going on since it wasn't like they were busy and of course got snarky remarks from the desk. I left that day feeling like my time was disrespected.

When I moved to Media. I researched Dr's offices in my area, found this office to be convenient, instead of traveling to Phila all the time. Tried it out wanted to try something different. The ladies at the front desk are nice & I found a great Dr. Thank You guys!
