Is the beach just south of blind pass, or middle beach, public or do the residents have a private section deeded to them? Know where I can find the ordinances? Still trying, but thought maybe someone knew quicker than I could find it. TIA.

Blind pass beach is a public beach and it has free parking. It is possibly the only public beach on that key.

Believe anyone that has a property has rights over public. You might see if you can use the assessor data to find the plan number and search for a deed.
