The parking fee is not $10. It is $5 before 9 am, $15 from 9 am to 3 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm is $5. Parking passes are available at town hall, but Unsure of the price. Check the town website for that info

Yes. 10.00. Scarborough residents can buy a season pass. The pass is free senior residents.
