After two failed long phone calls with the AT&T service center, I went to the store to try and resolve the issue of connecting my new apple watch with my iphone and syncing cellular service. Darren spent a few hours with me troubleshooting and working with AT&T corporate. He advocated for the resolution of my issue and did a great job. Thank you Darren- it's always so much better to work with a live human being! my watch is now synced and has cellular- woooohoooo!
