Poor customer service today 6/25/2019 2:00pm. Because I was 2 seconds slow in claiming one of the only 4 SMALL MACHINES (A native American male age 30, took over ALL 4 machines!!!..."Policy is 1st come 1st serve"(blonde,age 40 employee). TOO BAD?

Race matters not at all. We simply don't have the policy to hold open machines for individuals, on their schedule. A typical wash load takes 30 minutes; we encourage all customers to move their finished load to dryer as soon as possible to free up machines for the next customer.
