This was my best experience ever! If you want professionalism this is it! I love how gentle and nice the lady took care of my hands! Very polite! And also other nail salons you know they are talking bad about you and you don’t feel comfortable. But here the whole time I was there they exchanged some information and kept working. I felt very comfortable and I would definitely come back more! This is my new favorite nail salon! You ladies are amazing! Keep up the beautiful work!

I have gotten my nails done here for over 7 years. The last several months my gel acrylics constantly discolor. I went in today after I had gotten a fill on Saturday and the polish had already started to discolor. I asked to get them fixed and they made me feel like I was trying to steal from the business and embarrassed me in front of the lobby. I was really nice about asking it to be fixed and they told me they would only fix it if I got the exact same color. Why would I want the same color when it discolored after two days? I am so bummed because I never complain and these were my graduation nails. I have been a regular customer for a long time but will not be coming back. I was so disappointed with my interaction today and how frequently my gel acrylics discolor. :(

I have a love hate relationship with this place. Service is either fast or really slow. The communication between staff really sucks. I asked for a deluxe pedicure, and only got the exfoliation and lotion, not the parrafin, green tea mask or hot towel, etc. So that was really disappointing (pretty sure they made me pay for the deluxe too even though I didn't get it). I got sat down and was rushed to get my toes done. Then I went to get acrylics done, which I wanted a French tip with color. I got solid nails. I could have said something but I'm really bad at speaking up. I had the same girl the entire time (I believe she had station #7 at nails). I feel like when you walk in and say what you want that it should be communicated between staff, and not just get thrown in and assume you want the least amount of service as possible even though you paid for more. Like "hey this girl wants a deluxe pedicure and colored French tips!" Not "okay she will help you" with no other communication between customer and staff. I shouldn't have to repeat myself to every person who helps me. As soon as she finished my nails she said I was done. No lotion or anything. She did a great job making the acrylic, but overall I am disappointed. Luckily they didn't make me pay for the French tip because they realized their mistake but I still paid full price for deluxe when I did not get it. I have a coupon for this place which I will use one more time and then I probably will never be back. If you go here just make sure to double/triple/quadruple tell them what you want because they will just do the bear minimum and get away with it, making you pay more than you should have.

Went there this Saturday and had a wonderful time! It was my first time ever getting my nails done so sorry for being a bit awkward. The staff was friendly and the place was super clean, especially for how busy it was. My nails came out super pretty!
