My dog had a super unpleasant accident on my king size down duvet, and I thought I was going to have to toss it. Jess at Brio was really helpful in giving me a cost estimate, then helping with the wash and dry process when I brought the duvet in the next day. It came out good as new and cost less than $20! I wish all laundromats were like this… Super clean, air conditioned, comfy chairs, tables for working/waiting, machines of all sizes that accept credit card, spacious bathroom, good parking. We love.

Mia was fantastic. Eager to help, very knowledgeable and attentive to everyone's needs. This location bad very clean, brightly light, warm and inviting. Many cleaning products and other concessions available for purchase at the counter. My personal favourite place to launder.

They take ‘coin laundry’ to another level. Beautiful interiors, clean and bright. Thank you for adding brilliant green ferns all over the store to help with fresh air and a sense of comfort. Lisa was on duty when I stopped by, she has a lovely demeanor and was very helpful. This is the first laundromat I’ve been to where the employees really seemed to enjoy their jobs! Coin or credit cards accepted here to work the machines. Super large loads go for $7.25. I used 2 medium loads at $4.25 each. Large loads go for $7. Takes 25 minutes per cycle. Dryers are $0.25 for 5 minutes. If you have large, outdoor gear that needs to dry, there is a special corner for that. Brilliant. There’s plenty of washers and dryers and free parking out front. I liked the wash basins, not your typical dirty sink, but made of a repurposed pail. Looks inviting and clean. There’s even a bathroom for customers and free WiFi!
