Most sites stay open. Water to utility sites and faucets (except restroom) are turned off in fall to prep for winter. All first come first served after sep 15th.

The website says it is, but the water will be shut off. December 1-15, 2018 they will not be accepting reservations due to upgrading.

Are drones allowed? There’s not a lot of areas to fly in Bellingham due to tight restrictions with the FAA & the Bakerview Airport. I am a local aerial videographer looking for good nature shots.
