How do I shut this place down it's mold ridden and the landlord and their staff are all smoking meth and the landlord is always high on crack cocaine. They are illigaly trying to charge people 1200$ a month just for lot rent not for the house rent..

I'm confused... I've lived here over a dozen years and I only pay $450 lot rent. I've not heard of anyone paying $1000 or more to live here. I've not experienced management issues either, they have addressed every issue I've ever had as quickly as they can. Are you sure you commented on the right trailer park?

Also anything you say to these people that that don't agree with they will just sit their and argue with you for hours and tell you that your lieing and if you keep arguing they will evict you from your own hlome and call the cops on you to be removed and sell all of your belongings to the neighbors don't live here the city should come in here and take over this park for civil Justice

Is there a time where we can meet and go over theses items. We do not condone drug use at our community's. We would also like to talk with you about the rent. We do not charge that much for our lot rent. We would love to speak with you.

I support the statement in which Cabin Aquatics The Aqua House. I believe that trailer parks are low income housing. I also believe that the people that are in the park are often taken advantage of financially and I don't even want to think about the rest.
