WORST post office employees EVER. The men who deliver in this town are AWFUL. I highly recommend getting a PO Box or a huge mailbox otherwise all your packages etc will be destroyed because they’re too lazy to walk to your door IF they even attempt to deliver it. They are literally PAID to deliver mail, but make you go pick it up and do their job for them. Terrible terrible customer service.

They don't even attempt to deliver packages. My boyfriend was home waiting for a package that needed to be signed for and they just left a slip in the mailbox. No knock or anything. I've had to go to the post office in the past to pick up other items they failed to deliver and spent 30 minutes there because they lost the item. They are completely incompetent and have wasted my time on more than one occasion. I have filed formal complaints and nothing changes. I always choose Ups or FedEx when possible.

Anyone else having issues with medical lake rural postal carrier delivering. packages? Our packages were being left on the side of the road next to (or even balanced on top of) our mailbox. After several complaints she stopped delivering packages all together and we had to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up packages at the post office. After MANY more complaints and an inspection of our driveway she was finally directed to deliver to the house and she did for a bit, but on Friday June 18th she once again left a package on the side of the road by the mailbox. We're very frustrated by this issue and finally submitted a formal complaint online.

The people at the Post Office are friendly and helpful every time I have gone there but the rural Mail carrier is the rudest, unfriendliest woman I have ever encountered. She hates dogs and even though my dogs have been kenneled on two occasions she would not leave my parcels and left a notice saying she would not deliver because of dogs and simply wrote on the delivery slip in big letters DOGS. I have complained twice at the office and they merely say yeah, she hates dogs. This carrier wears a permanent scowl on her face that shouts “ I hate my job”. One would think the Post Office would take people’s grievances with this carrier to heart and have a good conversation with her on how to treat people and maybe be a little less sour.
