do we have to order food online, or are we able to order it once we get our tickets. I know with covid they were doing only online orders for food. I wasn't sure if this has changed since then

Covid rules have been over for a long time now. You can get your food at the counter as normal

Once you are there you can always buy your food before you go in they also have Starbucks and Pizza Hut.
