Bought a new Samsung tv, and within 2 weeks, we were having issues with a power source. Mike and his crew from SOS came out to assess it. Got the part in at their store within 2 days. They repaired the issue within 20 minutes.

SOS was recommended by Samsung warranty - Bought a new 55" SHDTV, took it out of the box, programmed it as instructed and once we got to TV mode, there was a frozen line of pixels that ran all the way from the top bezel to bottom. BRAND NEW, out of the box - PISSED. Protocol by registering Bill of Sale online, sent pictures of issue and received a confirmation email identifying SOS an the authorized Samsung dealer. Went to their website, read their reviews and became concerned. Bottom line: EXCELLENT response, prompt arrival, on point diagnosis and total satisfactory resolution to the issue. Would highly recommend their tech: Mike Chappell if you are able.

Samsung authorized this people to come diagnose our TV, they diagnosed the problem to be power supply and main board (not sure how were they able to determine for the main board to be bad if the TV would not power on) long store short, I was given part numbers, which we were able to obtain for much less then quoted and were able to take it to another tv repair shop who fixed it for much less and by only replacing the power supply. I will never recommend this people for service.

SOS Electronics did a great job fixing my broken television. The problem was just a reset on something and the owner of the business was very reasonable in his pricing considering the problem was minor. I would for sure use him again.
