Yes, search "Rochester Community Animal Clinic" on Bay. They do walk ins and are pretty cheap.

You'd need to go for a vet for that. This is not a medical clinic though they aid with spay/neutering and routine vaccinations. There is a vet on Bay Street that is known to be cheaper than most others.
