Other cat rescues have their own incentives to help you with your new furbaby experience. Rochester animal services also does free pet days. I believe they are once a month. If you go to their website or follow them on Facebook they should be able to let you know when they are. They just had one last weekend and lots of dogs and cats went to happy homes.
Please call them. It's usually around. $100 but if they don't have one check with lollipop farm. They have free cat and kitten give aways a few times a year.
