Why are they not doing home checks? Your giving animals to people you know nothing about.How do you know what condition your sending these animals into?

Have you had a problem with Verona st. I have adopted 2 beautiful dogs from them within the last year and didn't have to provide a home check for either of them. They know what they are lookin for in an adoptee.
