Yes you can but they prefer that you talk to them 1st to set up a time so they're ready and they have the space and means to properly care for the beautiful animal you're planning on just dumping with them... So sad, I truly hope this is the best for this animal but then again if you're asking they'll be better off and hopefully find someone new that will care about and care for them!

Yes. BTW I adopted my beautiful dog from Verona Street Animal Society/city pound/Rochester Animal Control. Lots of great dogs there who need loving, caring, committed, permanent homes.
