Will you take a cat rather than putting the cat out on the street if no one will take the cat?? Do you have any suggestions for me?

Sorry, don't think they take surrenders there. The humane society or Animal Care Society sometimes do but it has to be for good reason not just a personal choice. Louisville metro animal services might take it but I'm pretty sure they are a kill shelter.
