Depends on what campsite you get. If it's a tent area then you pay the office but if it is an RV then you pay the people who are in that area. Trust me they will come to you shortly after you pull in and get started setting up
They have cabins, RV with and without amenities sites and tent site rentals. The office can help you with the cabins and tents. The RV sites usually have hosts that drive around in golf carts most the time and collect the fees. I believe it's the state Park web site.
