Yes, located at the front
Yes. Right inside of the entrance door
Yes, and if you dont see one go to customer service desk and tell them.
I’ve lived here 13 years. The electric carts 90% of the time run out of power. You’re left even at the back of the store. I can’t walk it so I sit until some employee walks by. They are curtious to go get another. Not all help you put the food in the new one which is difficult for me as my hands are crippled. I always have the manager called to talk to him/her. Nothing ever gets done. I was told by an employee that they need new batteries but they won’t replace them. Thus the pain of it all is put in the customer. You NEED a manager that cares about their job and does their job. NO other store ignores this and I have never ran out of power other than Targets. I reduced my shopping there and it’s a shame, I’m 5 minutes from your store. You allow your employees to treat handicap like they mean nothing. One time the electric doors going out closed on my cart half way through! At least that’s my experience. I wish more people would come forward. Hire a qualified Manager please!
