The pharmacy team, Sandy and Matt, were EXCEPTIONALLY GUEST (not customer) SERVICE FOCUSED!!!! As someone who works hard in hospitality service, it was so refreshing to feel the care and compassion these two exhibited during my visit. Sandy showed outstanding patience and compassion to ensure we received the best quality of care concerning our pharmaceutical needs. Fantastic experience today!!! Thank you!!!

During these hard times when families are trying to make ends meet and working long hours more days...you could keep your fitting room open til you close. It's going to be 104° today..so last nite after my 12 hour shift I took my daughter up there to get a new swim top bc she didn't fit in her previous one.. I explained to the lady we would be in and out and would put back the 3 swim tops she was trying on..I explained I couldn't get there any sooner bc of my hours, tomorrow is going to be scorching and my daughter just wants to stay cool on a pool while I am working.. the one girl was going to let us quickly try them on but the old lady refused... had to buy all 3 tops then go directly to their restrooms..have her try them on in there then returned the ones that didn't fit. Rethink you policy on your fitting rooms for all the working parents out here that don't working your 9 to 5 hours and it's hard enough getting there at 8p like we did.. your changing room closed 6 min before we got there. We will stick to jcpenny and kohls after this.

needed a charging cable for my galaxy phone, verizon had one for $75!, phone kiosk guy at sams club suggested target. they had a pretty nice assortment, found one but the several I had previously (other brands from other stores) quickly stopped working so the jury is still out on this one (heyday brand). also picked up a pair of 501 levi's (the fitting room girl was real nice), assortment a faint shadow of the glory days at the gap but found a pair. belt, black t-shirt, risky business here I come. target is a step up from walmart and sams club kind of. you can tell by the little groups of teenagers just strolling around with their friends the way kids used to haunt the malls. I pine for the days of marshall field's and carson's on state street before you had to worry about getting shot or carjacked downtown.

The bigggest problem I have was this store is there are so many pickup spots that should be used for handicapped parking. I've never even seen half of them used. The fresh vegetables are usually not fresh. Overall the store is nice and clean and has friendly employees.

Really? You admit you know the system was changed - meaning you're well aware that it may not be working right. Yet you immediately dismiss that in favor of assuming that someone intentionally hung up on you just for the sake of being rude to a total stranger for no reason whatsoever. If assuming that every issue or mistake is an intentional attempt to insult you is how you normally behave, I'm quite sure they won't miss you.
Yes they sell alcohol no cigarettes and not sure about the nicotine gum
Yep that's correct. They have signs on the front doors stating that
No target doesn’t carry frontline
I'm not sure. Call the store in Tinley park.
Call around to see.
Yes
