Are you kidding me. There is no customer service here. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told 45 minutes by Stephanie. An hour and a half later Stephanie told me it's on its way. Two hours later the "manager "Tiffany" said "it's a game night."

Yep they are busy with little help. Most are independently owned also.

Best no crust sicilian cut pie like pizza in the states and have had the best deep dish in Chicago and best Napolitano thin crust, this one is worth the wait.

Best pizza though! Best bet pick it up. 30 mins or less.
