Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered my pizza at 8pm. By 10pm it still wasn't here so I called back. I was informed of the driver just left with it. 11pm still no pizza so I called again only to be informed I don't have any drivers!! Excuse me? Thought the driver had left with my pizza already! Who knows if I'll get my money refunded. Guess I'll have to call my bank and dispute the charges. Will never order delivery from them EVER again. Horrible service and employees lie.

If you haven't tried the baked spaghetti i highly recommend it, its my favorite they have friendly staff and decent wait time.

Saturday at 5:20, hope the owner sees this! Whoever you have working there answering phones, FIRE HIM. Called 3 times, kept getting left on hold over 5 mins. When he DID answer, asked me "Carryout or deliveyr"..i said carryout..he was silent for 25 seconds, so I repeated it..he raised his voice, said " I heard ya the FIRST time" then put me on hold for 5 minutes on purpose. Avoid this place, I am posting on nextdoor and FB to avoid this place. I spend $150+ a month here, won;t give them another penny!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a joke! I’ve ordered a few times before today and it is messed up every single time, when all I ask for is extra sauce on the ONE pizza I order. The Arabic manager there is extremely rude, when I called to let him know I wanted this issue fixed he told me that “next time I ordered he would make sure it was correct” , and hung up on me. Completely unacceptable, definitely do not recommend this store!! The one on east Reynolds’s rd is so much better!
