The website said the park is only open tell 530pm. Wondering if the Xmas lights are worth it and if the park closes?

you just can't be in the park usually after 11pm. There is a nice playground area & a concert stage{has shows pretty regular}. @ Donna Crowder & Jason Manley please don't be talking down about the homeless. They are not all bad. I was homeless for a few years after hurricanes Francis, Charlie & Jean in Orlando the year before Katrina. Got FEMA rental relocation money & had to come back to Colorado & be homeless untill my disabiliy came in. A lot of the homeless in the Springs are veterens that cannot afford housing. I do not want to sound mean but stereotyping can be painful & hurtful.

The homeless people are harmless. People need to stop stereotyping them out of society

The park stays open. The lights and skating rink are nice. You can see all the lights lit up down by the restaurants alongside the park. There are homeless people there so be careful!

The lights and skating in the park always great!! The park is open just not the community center

Eduardo Pardo | May 6, 2018

The park doesn't close, just the community center building

There is a visitors center at the park, that closes at 5:30 ... The ice skating rink is open till 10, i believe. Christmas season is in full swing & the homeless usually don't bother people
