From thw FAQ section of their website: Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the festival gates; however you may bring in food for infants and toddlers. You may bring in one unopened bottle of water per guest. For individuals and families dealing with food allergies, you may bring food items inside the festival gates. IMPORTANT: You must be able to verify the allergies with a note from your physician; medical back up goes a long way to help you get what you need.
To the parking lot or campground, yes. Just make sure to get your hand stamped when you go back to your car for lunch. Also I'm fairly certain that some drinks are allowed inside if you have a medical condition. All of that said the food is amazing, so be sure to get at least one thing inside the park.
