I went there 7/3/22 to observe fireworks. There were a big crowd of people attending. Yet it was well organized. I felt very safe cus I saw security people on the job. I use the restroom across the street it was 4 clean usable rooms to choose with no long lines.

Yes the Rivermarket does have electricity. They have electrical outlets for vendors.

Yes! Across the street from the Courthouse and their office is in the Monroe Civic center
According to the website the market should be open OCTOBER THRU DECEMBER 10AM – 4PM
